Our Mission

We write in this blog to share:

1. what we have learned about food and nutrition through our own research

2. how we incorporate more raw living foods and other whole foods into family meals

3. tried and tested family recipes that are:
- 100% whole foods: fresh, ripe, organic, start from raw
- unrefined, unprocessed
- contain foods high in phytochemicals: raw sprouts, vegetables, herbs and fruits, and

4. our thoughts with like-minded people who also seek and share information about nutrition and health.
